ONE Victory FINN Sails 2009 season

We are happy that we can present you our sails for 2009 sailing season. In 2008 we have
spent lot of time and efforts to develop new models for demands of new generation of Finn
sailors and demands of technical development firstly of new rigs. I believe that we have
done good job. I will just mention silver medal of „Bambi“on Europeans and in Palma with
AT3 sail model.
We know that in the past we have been creating bit of confusion with (too) many models
and changes and we want avoid that in future. We will continue to test different things and
we will continue to be active but those sails will not be on the market before is well tested
and before is not confirmed that this change is step forward. In mean time, all test sails will
be clearly marked with label „Test Sail“.
So here are our sail models:

672 model:

Is our old well known and proven model. It has been designed in 2003 and was used in 2004
for Olympics in Athens.
With small, minor developments since then sail is still very fast particularly in combinations
with bit softer F/A masts (117-123 mm).
Peek performance will show in polyester fabrics in wind range of 6-14 KTS TWS, longer
waves or flatter waters. It is still very much All-Round sail particularly if is made of Tecnora
0.75 mill.
This sail model, among the other success was used to won 1st, 2nd,3rd on Europeans 2007.

AT3 model:

Is our today’s standard ALL Purpose / ALL Round sail. It has been designed from 672 bases
but in accordance with today’s stiffer rig characteristics. It has flatter luff curve and it has
more broad seam shape. This is also one of the reasons why sail has better shape stability
and why it perform bit better in “choppy” conditions then 672. It has bi-radial in panel lay
out with long radial head.
We are producing this model in 3 different fabrics:
- Polyester SL500 for sailors who are looking the best performance in wind range of
7-13 KTS TWS.
- Tecnora 0.75 mil for best performance from 10 KTS TWS and up
- Tecnora 1 mil, for sailors who wants that they sail is lasting bit longer

BQ model:

It is originally designed for Qingdao light winds conditions. It is aprox. 0.5% flatter then
AT3. Made of SL 500 polyester fabrics is best option for light airs. Made of tecnora 0.75 mil is
also best all rounder for lighter sailors.
This mode was not on the market so fare due to the fact that it was exclusively developed
for Bambi.

DK model:

We have finalized the development after long test period in 2008. This is our newest design.
This is right choice for heavy sailors or sailors who are looking for extra power in medium
wind range conditions. Sail is approx. 0.5% deeper then AT3 and it has same lay out. It is
sensible on Cunningham trim and is easy to de-power and trim.
It is coming out made of already mentioned 3 different fabrics:
- Polyester SL500 for sailors who are looking the best performance in wind up to 12
KTS TWS.
- Tecnora 0.75 mil for best performance from 10 KTS TWS and up
- Tecnora 1 mil, for sailors who wants that they sail is lasting bit longer

- for sails made of tecnora 930,00 EUR ex VAT ex transport
